A large portion of the Newgate organisation is dedicated to the development of solutions for the Healthcare market. For many years there has been a relationship between Newgate and the healthcare sector. Working with key partners Newgate have provided a range of products into sites across the UK and Ireland.

| MOBIUS | Sterile Services Floor Management solution. Track surgical Trays and Single Instruments from Reception to Despatch using a combination of PC and mobile WiFi handheld scanners. | LIVE |
| NEXUS PKB | Patient Knowledge booking. This product is a booking system offering integration to the site PAS and letter generation. The NEXUS product has been deployed cross trust in Northern Ireland to allow a site the ability to book into any other site. This is the first fully functioning solution of its kind in the UK. | LIVE |
| NEXUS Theatre | The Newgate theatre management product records all theatre activity from reception to recovery and all the steps in between. The product has been developed over 14 years and has been modified in conjunction with a dedicated User Group. Theatre can link to PAS for demographics, NEXUS PKB for booking activity and MOBIUS to allow surgical trays to be associated with patients for traceability. | LIVE |
| PIMS | Pain Information Management System (PIMS) is a web based mobile solution designed to replace the paper record of taking pain scores. Using a hand held minicomputer, pain staff are able to record scores and changes to treatment offering a real time monitor with the data being exported as necessary. | In Testing |
| SENTINEL | For MOBIUS customers who want visibility of their trays outside of the CSSD, Sentinel is the solution. Sentinel uses the site INTRANET to interface with MOBIUS and record tray movement to specific sites. | LIVE |
| Surgeons Assistant | The Newgate Surgeons Assistant module has been designed to integrate with the NEXUS suite of applications. Post Operative records of activity relating to the procedure. The system is based on templates to suit the surgeons speciality and offers a range of letter generation formates provides a highly comprehensive solution with limited input that will save the Surgeon time | In Development |
